A major component of the campaign is the Buy Belizean Passport, a consumer rewards system that tracks purchases of Belizean products and incentivizes continued participation. This initiative aims to create brand loyalty and encourage sustainable purchasing habits that benefit local producers.
The Buy Belizean Loyalty Program
The Buy Belizean Loyalty Program is an initiative designed to promote Belizean businesses and products while encouraging local consumer engagement. The program serves as a loyalty and reward system where consumers earn benefits by purchasing locally made goods and services.
The Buy Belizean Campaign aligns with Pillar 9 of Belize’s economic development strategy and is integrated into the Belize Investment and Business Climate Action Plan (BIBCAP). Through this initiative, BELTRAIDE aims to:

As a featured vendor, your business will gain increased visibility through national promotional campaigns, a dedicated online directory, and exposure at major trade shows such as the BCCI Expo and National Agriculture & Trade Show (NATS). You'll also receive access to branding and capacity-building workshops, mentorship opportunities, and possible fiscal incentives to help strengthen your operations.

What is the Buy Belizean Campaign?

What is the Buy Belizean Loyalty Program?

How do I get a Buy Belizean Passport?
Passports are available at participating businesses, BELTRAIDE events, and selected expos like National Agriculture and Trade Show and the Expo Belize Marketplace. They are also available through BELTRAIDE offices.
How does the Passport work?
Each time you buy a qualifying Belizean product at a participating business; you’ll receive a stamp in your passport. After collecting a certain number of stamps, you can enter raffles and prize draws.
Is there a cost to join
No, the campaign program is free to participate in. However, the passport cost $10. So, pick up a passport and start supporting Belizean businesses!
What kind of prizes can I win?
Prizes vary from event to event but may include gift baskets, vouchers, Belizean-made products, and more. Special raffles are held during major campaign events.
Where can I see a list of participating businesses?
A directory of participating businesses will be published on the Buy Belizean website and social media platforms. You can also check with your local vendor to see if they’re part of the campaign.

Do I have to make a purchase to get a stamp?
Yes, stamps are awarded for purchasing qualifying Belizean products at participating locations. This helps support our local entrepreneurs and producers.
When does the campaign officially launch?
The soft launch takes place at the National Agriculture and Trade Show from May 31–June 1, 2025. The full national rollout will follow.
